Zeitwahl is operated by Voynich Group AG, Archivgasse 1, 6430 Schwyz, Switzerland. This policy covers the website zeitwahl.app and the hosted Zeitwahl service.

This website

The website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting providers process technical access data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Accounts and bookings

When you use the hosted service, we process your account details and the data needed to run your scheduling: booking pages, availability, and the details people submit when they book (name, email address, and their answers). For the people who book with our customers, the customer is responsible for that data; we process it on their behalf. Paying customers receive the detailed data-processing terms as part of their subscription agreement.

Calendar access

If a host connects Google Calendar, Zeitwahl reads busy times to compute availability and creates events for confirmed bookings — nothing else. Zeitwahl's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and data location

We use established infrastructure providers to host the service; hosted data is stored in the United States and operated from Switzerland, under data-processing agreements with EU Standard Contractual Clauses and their Swiss addendum. Transactional email is delivered from Switzerland. A current list of providers is available on request.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the retention period the account holder configures, then deleted. Backups are encrypted and expire after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. If you booked with one of our customers, the quickest route is through them; either way,hello@zeitwahl.app reaches us.

Changes

We keep this policy current and update the date above when it changes.
