Terms of service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

The service

Zeitwahl is a hosted scheduling service — booking pages, calendar integration and the administration around them — offered by Voynich Group AG, Archivgasse 1, 6430 Schwyz, Switzerland. The software is separately licensed under the GNU AGPL v3 for self-hosting; self-hosted installations are governed by that license, not by these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and the content of your booking pages. Don't use the service for spam, impersonation or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers, and will say why.

Fees and trial

Paid plans are billed in advance at the prices shown at the time of purchase, with a 14-day trial; cancel within the trial and you owe nothing, cancel later with effect from the end of the paid period. Subscriptions include data-processing terms provided at sign-up. Your data can be exported before and after cancellation.

Sponsorship of the open-source release

Sponsorship contributions toward the public release of the Zeitwahl source code are payments to Voynich Group AG, not charitable donations, and are not refundable. Every contribution funds development whether or not the goal is reached. Sponsors receive access to the private repository for the duration of their sponsorship; when cumulative sponsorship reaches the published goal, the repository is made public under the GNU AGPL v3.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and in total to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for missed meetings, third-party services, or self-hosted installations.

Governing law and changes

Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland. We may update these terms and will announce material changes to account holders by email with reasonable notice.
